Managing Director & Partner, Eleven

Michele is Managing Director and Partner at San Francisco based creative agency Eleven. As the company's most senior female executive, Michele is a key force in shaping and driving the agency’s growth agenda. Since joining Eleven in 2004, Michele has cultivated a strong roster of clients including Google, Apple, Oakley, Chevrolet/GM, PayPal, Shipt, SurveyMonkey, Lyft, Dignity Health and Visa. She also provides strategic guidance on brand development for these blue-chip clients, helping deliver their vision to market.

With Michele at the helm of the agency’s new business strategy, Advertising Age named Eleven 2018’s West Coast’s Silver Small Agency of the Year. The agency was also awarded B2B Campaign of the Year, honouring their groundbreaking campaign for Google Cloud. In 2017, Advertising Age selected Eleven as the runner up for Small Agency of the Year overall in the US. Michele's work over the years was instrumental in leading the agency to its acquisition by Vision7 in November of 2018.

Michele has over 25 years of creative agency experience and is a down-to-earth team player with a knack for sparking new client relationships. She began her career at Deutsch NY, launching IKEA in the U.S. After realising her calling was in California, she landed at Hal Riney & Partners—where she spent nearly a decade building and launching regional and national efforts for both GM’s Saturn and Sprint PCS.
