An agile and enthusiastic team leader, Jenny Lumpkin’s career to date is filled with top tier talent, multiplatform productions, and infectiously good times. Now based in New York at the helm of Laird & Good Company’s global production division she continues to connect clients with artistic talent to create stunning visual content.
Known for its exquisite imagery combined with storytelling Laird & Good Company is a full service production company specializing in live-action and photography, at the forefront of the integrated marketplace. The company founder, Sarah Laird is synonymous with attracting premium artists and amplifying their unique voices. Over half of Laird’s directing roster features underrepresented talent including BIPOC, queer identifying and female directors. Lumpkin is dedicated to building even more inclusive teams of different perspectives, backgrounds, and abilities. She continues to advance Laird’s global programs of DE&I, sustainability, and philanthropy through implementing green practices and double the line initiatives across all productions.
Lumpkin is an active industry volunteer, mentor, and long-time supporter of the AICP. She has served on several film festival committees, the AICP post-production board and produced eight AICP awards shows across the midwest. With multi-generational family roots in advertising she enjoys celebrating the craft of commercial production.
Previously, Lumpkin was an Executive Producer at The Mill in their live-action and animation departments. Before that she opened Quriosity Productions, Post & Photography out of Chicago and Los Angeles with Founder, Qadree ‘Q’ Holmes.
