Faga Melo is a multi-award-winning director who has been working in the film industry for about 15 years.
An avid storyteller and relentless explorer of different techniques, who, throughout his journey, studied cinema in São Paulo, Los Angeles, and Buenos Aires.
His pursuit and admiration for unusual narratives led him to realize that animation is an excellent tool to express his ideas. From then on, he began to establish his career in this field.
He is one of the partners at Dirty Work, a Brazilian creative animation studio that operates globally, serving major brands around the world.
In recent years, Faga directed the film "Coorslide," chosen as a Vimeo Staff Pick - Best of the Year. Alongside Gustavo Leal, who work as a duo, he directed "Decifrei" a winner of One Show, CLIO Awards, and Cannes Lion, and also was one of the directors of the award-winning and Oscar Qualified® short film "Footsteps On The Wind”.
