Kwame Taylor-Hayford is Co-Founder of Kin, a company using creativity, innovation and purpose to unleash business and culture as forces for good. Clients include Mailchimp, KINLÒ, Netflix and Delta Airlines.
Prior to launching Kin, Kwame was Managing Director of Brand at Chobani where he was responsible for designing, building and leading their in-house creative agency. That team was named 2019 In-House Agency of the Year by Advertising Age and, citing the creative work on the brand, Fast Company included Chobani on its Most Innovative Companies list three years in a row.
Before Chobani, Kwame was a Partner at Sid Lee and led teams for Anomaly and Saatchi & Saatchi in New York. His work on global assignments for P&G, Apple, Mailchimp, Uniqlo, Spotify, Nike, Stella Artois, Budweiser, Captain Morgan, General Mills and JCPenney has garnered recognition and awards from the EMMYs, Cannes, D&AD, One Show, ADC, LIA, Andys, Clios, Shots and EFFIE.
Kwame was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Achievement in 2019 and was on Adage’s 40 Under 40 list in 2020. He was a founding member of the NYC Mayor’s Creative Council and included on Crain’s New York list of Notable Black Leaders in 2021.
He is also a Co-Founder at SATURDAY MORNING, a not-for-profit organization that brings awareness to and shifts perceptions on racial bias and injustice. Notable projects include EMMY nominated The Look for P&G, Spotify’s Black History is Happening Now and Peace Briefs, winner of a Silver Lion at Cannes.
