Ross Olivey is a development consultant and co-founder of In Development, a creative development studio that helps clients write, research, art direct and present ideas before they get made. Ross got his start in the commercial, film and TV space at Stink London before going freelance with his longtime friend and collaborator Ed Roberts-Graver. After creative turns at Steam, Archer's Mark and Across The Pond, they set up what has grown into the UK-based studio they run today.
In their unique supporting role, it has been In Development's passion and privilege to collaborate with incredible talent, art and ideas from all over the world for more than a decade. Today, with hundreds of successfully pitched commercials and music videos behind them, Ross is proud to have his team break into long format, with several features in development and an Amazon series greenlit for production.
