Dann began her career as a singer-songwriter working with notable producers and artists, including Ian Brown of The Stone Roses.
In 2006 she sang a cover of Peggy Lee’s ‘Fever’ and became the voice of the FIFA World Cup for Mastercard. The track was co-produced by Andy Carroll, who brought Dann on to run the advertising side of his music production company at the time.
Dann joined The Elements Music in 2016 and produced projects for global brands TikTok, Nike, Audi. Now as Head of Creative Partnerships, she works on creative brand collaborations as well as supporting organisations like Create Not Hate, helping underprivileged young people break into creative industries, and supporting women in the industry in her role as Global Ambassador for Women in Music.
