Hughie Phillips is one the founders of MindsEye where he has brought together some of the top names in performance and comedy commercial directing talent. Hughie has helped the likes of Andrew Gaynord, Benjamin Green and Thomas Ormonde produce critically acclaimed campaigns as well as brought through emerging talent such as Eros Vlahos and Gustav Sundstrom. Hughie is known for nurturing new directing talent and developing them into established, industry names. The work that MindsEye has produced has been awarded at Cannes Lions, British Arrows, APA Awards, Kinsale, D&AD, Creative Circle awards and BAFTA.
