Tricia Hoover is currently a VP, Executive Producer at The Martin Agency, where she’s spent over three years creating award-winning work for brands like Busch Light, NERF, Buffalo Wild Wings and DoorDash. Prior to landing in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and dogs, Tricia began her career in her hometown of Detroit, Michigan, where she worked on various Ford brands that eventually led to her move to the West Coast to work at both Y&R and Deutsch LA. After 12 years of soaking up the LA sunshine, the Midwest and automotive industry came calling back to Tricia, where she’d spend seven years working on Chevrolet at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Commonwealth // McCann and as an Executive Producer at Organic Detroit. When she’s not working, you can find Tricia at home tinkering on home improvement projects or traveling to experience new destinations that inspire her.
