As Managing Partner/Executive Producer of Psyop from 2001 to 2012, Justin was instrumental in building the company into a World leader in design, animation, and mixed media content and storytelling. With Justin at the helm, Psyop garnered an unparalleled reputation as creative visionaries and award winning cutting edge content producers, with creatively led projects, across a range of industries, for the World’s leading agencies and brands. Justin continues to build on that legacy today as the Chief Executive Producer of Psyop.
From 2012 to 2015 Justin was at Global Creative Advertising Agency BBH. As Head of Integrated Production, and a member of the NY management team, he oversaw strategic content creation, including work for Google, Sony Playstation in their critical PS4 launch year, and the US launch of “Keep Walking” for Johnnie Walker. Then, relocating to LA, Justin launched The Creative Studio - a content creation company and joint venture between BBH and entertainment and music management powerhouse Scooter Braun Projects, with the vision of blurring the line between marketing and entertainment for various clients of both entities.
The work Justin has been a part of at Psyop, BBH and The Creative Studio, has won two Emmys, (including Outstanding Commercial of the Year), dozens of awards at Cannes, the Webbys, the Clios, Epica, D&AD, BDA's, The One Show, and the Andy's, and been inducted into the MOMA in NY at 16 AICP shows.
As an industry leader, Justin has served on multiple awards juries, was vice president of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) Digital chapter for two years, and sat on the AICP National Board for a year.
Justin currently lives in LA with his wife and two teenage daughters, and is an avid photographer, hiker, backpacker, and wizard.
