As Tool of North America’s managing director, Nancy Hacohen leads the creative charge managing a roster of top-tier directors, curating new talent, and overseeing a packed schedule of global productions. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, quick dry wit, and a positive attitude for team building, inclusion, and diversity, Hacohen has brought in exciting new directors like Paul Briganti, Adriana Robles, Hannah Levy, Wes Walker, and Gonzalo Olivero.

Working closely with Tool’s owner, Director Erich Joiner, Hacohen has quickly expanded Tool’s success and has smartly positioned the company to lead in all categories with artistry, innovation, and execution. Hacohen’s strong and growing stable of comedy directors and visual stylists all have breakout potential and have proven to deliver award-winning and impactful work in commercials, long-form, and New Media.

Throughout her career, Hacohen has produced over 1500 commercials, including Super Bowl campaigns, and collaborations with premiere brands like Apple, Pepsi, and BMW. Hacohen’s work has won numerous awards, including Cannes Lions, Emmys, Clios, and One Show Pencils.
