Managing Partner, Cut+Run
Beloved by her team and clients alike, Michelle Eskin, Co-Owner and Managing Partner, oversees management of the company’s Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Austin offices. She works closely with all executive leadership, to deliver award-winning artistry to agency and brand clients.
With editors who cut around the globe and offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin and London (via its relationship with The Quarry), Cut+Run is known industry-wide as one of the leaders in creative editing from branded films to broadcast spots, social campaigns, documentaries and feature films. Shots, ADC, One Show, AICP Awards, Cannes Lions, and Clios amongst others have awarded Cut+Run’s contribution to the advertising industry. In 2021 and 2022 respectively, Cut+Run was honored with editorial company of the year from Ciclope and Ad Age.
Over the last 12 + years, Michelle has been a passionate and instrumental force in the company including the development and expansion of the Santa Monica office, the launch of the Austin and San Francisco offices, and the formation of sister company Jogger, a multi-location visual effects boutique. Talent mentorship, cultivating company culture, and formulating the long-term goals of the company, are also essential elements to her role.
Prior to joining Cut+Run, Michelle enjoyed a successful 16-year tenure as both Executive Producer and Senior Producer at leading advertising agency TBWA|Chiat|Day and was honored with multiple awards during her tenure including two Cannes Lions. The perspective gained at the agency provided a foundation for building a company that is a true partner in crafting compelling and high-impact media.
Michelle is an advisory member of Free The Bid and a member of the Television Academy and is a former West Board member and active participant with the AICP.
