Starting as a copywriter at the tender age of 20, Cam Boyd has been a fixture of the Toronto Advertising landscape for 20 + years. He is a passionate storyteller and unlicensed social scientist who never tires of trying to determine what motivates people to feel and act. Currently a Co-ECD at john st in Toronto, Cam’s work has been recognized at virtually every show from France to New York to London to Toronto.
In addition to being an ECD, Cam has been a Copywriting Educator at Miami Ad School, a founding and contributing member of the D&I team at john st, and mentor to countless young creatives looking to navigate their way through the Toronto advertising community.
Cam has two kids (Harris and Sadie) both of whom are only vaguely aware of any of the above.
