Record of success shepherding full media production lifecycle, end-to-end, crafting and delivering immersive outputs that inspire audiences and accelerate the realization of stakeholders’ goals. Important to Fuselier is talent; Always putting the directors and artists first. To him the roster is the heartbeat of the company. Finding directors that clearly have the talent but don’t have the platform to be seen is very exciting to me. It’s always been hard to build these directors but so worth the effort when opportunities happen, and that the director excels beyond the original perceived talent.

Last year Oliver and Great Guns USA/UK joined forces with LBBOnline to launch and host a series called, “5n30 anything but advertising” where he asked 3 guest per episode 5 questions in 30 minutes, extracting the most inner thoughts of the person themselves, knowing that in life most everything we do revolves around our work...! And sure enough the conversation always comes back to work. We have had about 52 industry leaders on from Season #1 with 12 episodes behind us and now embarking on season #2 with guests like Rob Lenois, Matt MacDonald, Jeff Benjamin, Laura Fegley, and Kwame Taylor-Hayford to name a few.

Here are a few standards that Great Guns USA and Oliver strive for. Creativity; Finding the best creative in the industry for the directors & artists on the roster. Sales; Always selling the roster. Making sure that agencies and brands are aware of the talent he is managing. Fighting for any opportunity for his directors to be seen and heard. Finally, being able to communicate to agencies and brands about their projects no matter what the obstacles are or whether they are content driven or integrated adding technology and innovation. Finding solutions are important in today’s market.

Body of work includes a Palme d’Or by Cannes Lions for Production Company of the Year (2016), serving as Jury Member of Cannes Lions, AICP, two (2) Emmy Awards, 1 grammy nomination, LIAs, and, among other recognition, ADDYs, Webbys, Clios, VMAs, Gold Lions, AICP Awards, and honors from the FWA and SXSW.

Piloted the entire production lifecycle of hundreds of campaigns, including for household names such as Apple, Facebook, Google, GoDaddy, Mini, HBO, and Airbnb.

Building talents careers, forging creative relationships, exploring evolving technology, to conceptualizing, articulating, and delivering authentic, meaningful, and irresistible content, across platforms is what keeps me continuing to do what I love.
