Sharon has over 13 years of experience in production at award-winning agencies such as The Community, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and DAVID the Agency. She is currently the Executive Producer for post-production at PLURAL* Doers Hub located in Miami, Florida. Before her current role, she was a key member in overseeing and building the team at The Makers Lab – the internal post production department at The Community. At The Makers Lab, Sharon brought in talent from across the US and LATAM for editorial, audio, finishing and color. After 5 years of successfully executing hundreds of commercials and content for top brands both in general and Hispanic market, Sharon was instrumental in transitioning The Makers Lab to Plural* (a minority-certified separate entity). Today, Sharon continues to collaborate and develop relationships with agencies while expanding post production services that include the best diverse and creative talent in the industry such as editors, audio engineers, VFX artists and animators.
