President, Little Minx

As President of Little Minx, Rhea Scott leads the company in the production of commercials, award-winning films, branded entertainment, and high-profile music videos.

Before launching Little Minx, Scott was Head of Music Videos at the pre-eminent Propaganda Films – at the tender age of 21, no less! Her baptism by fire entailed working for David Fincher, Stéphane Sednaoui, Michael Bay, and another 45 directors. She also executive-produced numerous music videos for the likes of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Madonna, the Rolling Stones, Janet Jackson, Jay-Z, Björk, Smashing Pumpkins, Massive Attack, Lauryn Hill, and many others.

Scott’s first feature film, Mother of George, was made in partnership with director Andrew Dosunmu and won the Cinematography Award at the Sundance Film Festival. Scott produced director Alma Har’el’s True Love, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2016. She teamed up with Dosunmu again for Where is Kyra?, starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Kiefer Sutherland, which debuted at Sundance in 2017. A lover of all storytelling mediums, she also produced the Academy Award-winning animated short film Logorama, directed by François Alaux, Hervé de Crécy, and Ludovic Houplain.

Scott was honoured as one of AdAge’s leading women in 2023, and Little Minx made it onto the prestigious AdAge A-List in 2022 and 2024.
