Luke Ricci is President of RSA Films U.S., the globally renowned commercial production company founded by Ridley and Tony Scott. In this role, Ricci oversees RSA, Black Dog Films, and Roman Coppola’s The Directors Bureau. An executive and producer with a prolific background in advertising and production, Ricci has worked on both the agency and production company sides of the industry, overseeing many award-winning campaigns.
Since joining RSA in late 2021, Ricci has signed renowned talents including Eric Andre, Kate Herron, Jared Malik Royal, Peter Martin, and Kacper Larski. He has also executive produced noteworthy campaigns for brands such as Pepsi x Gladiator II, Wrangler, Bud Light, Hennessy Paradis, Meta, and Supernatural, along with Crown Royal’s first-ever Super Bowl spot.
Prior to RSA, Ricci worked with The Directors Bureau while serving as President and Executive Producer of production company Bullitt (The Russo Brothers and Justin Lin), where he facilitated Bullitt’s union with The Bureau. In this role, he oversaw the rosters, sales, production, and business operations for both companies. Ricci was also co-founder, President, and CEO of the branded entertainment agency Superconductor, which was named an AdAge Small Agency of the Year in its first year of operation.
Ricci has collaborated with an esteemed list of directors on commercials and branded entertainment, including Jake Scott, Jonas Åkerlund, The Russo Brothers, Justin Lin, Sofia Coppola, Roman Coppola, Gia Coppola, Keith Schofield, Jody Hill, Melodie McDaniel, and many others. He recently served on the Curatorial Committee for the 2024 AICP Show, helping to curate the industry’s best work for the prestigious event.
Ricci began his production career at Caviar, where he served as Executive Producer before joining Bullitt as a Partner. Ricci holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MFA from The American Film Institute. He is proudly involved with charitable cycling club, Fireflies West, and served as its 2021 Directeur Sportif.
