Executive Creative Director, Organic

Betsy has been creative directing since 4 years old (her lemonade stand saw a 5000% increase in sales after she created a very compelling outdoor campaign). Now, as Executive Creative Director of Organic’s New York office, she leads the New York creative team by focusing on future-proofing brands through digital transformation rooted in human emotion, storytelling and culture. She’s been lucky enough to help bring to life a broad portfolio of brands including Southwest Airlines, Kellogg’s, Kashi, the Tennessee Department of Tourism, Revlon, Ford, and Colgate and was also a writer for Hallmark Cards. She holds a degree from the prestigious Missouri School of Journalism and her work has been recognized by the Cannes Lions, The One Show, The Clios, The Webby’s, Adweek’s Project Isaac, AIGA, the American Advertising Federation, Women’s Wear Daily, and the residents of Donegal Cliffs Drive (seriously, that lemonade stand was legendary).
