Grace Snell is a BIFA nominated costume designer working on internationally acclaimed feature films, television and advertising campaigns.

In 2020 Grace sat on the craft jury for The British Arrows as well as the British Independant Film awards.

Designing for advertising is always an exciting and valued experience for Grace giving opportunity for intense, concentrated bursts of creativity and craft. 

Her commercial portfolio includes clients such as Playstation, Guinness, Ford, Adidas, Amazon and most recently Sainsburys Christmas directed by thirty-two.

Her passion for storytelling has seen her work on visually rich films including Bassam Tariq’s Mogul Mowgli which had its world premiere at Berlinale 2020 and walked away with the international critics prize.

Grace has designed both parts of Joanna Hogg’s The Souvenir with the much anticipated second instalment currently in postproduction. Part one secured the coveted Grand Jury Prize in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition at the Sundance Film Festival 2019, and was most recently awarded best British/Irish film of the year at the London Film Critics’ Circle 2020.

Grace is in the final stages of structuring a trainee programme focusing on mentoring & encouraging young minds in the costume industry.
