Tanya Ponomareva is a creative director focused on delivering smart, human-centric concepts that shape culture or just bring more common sense to the world.

Her approach is to think of bold, provoking, and (un)comfortable ideas that can evoke emotion and leave a mark. She seeks to create work that pushes the boundaries, challenges the unspoken, and shakes up the status quo. 

Having worked at agencies across the globe, she is a true global citizen. This has helped her grow creative ideas that deliver impact on the world stage. She has launched creative unicorns at agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, JAMI, Wunderman Singapore, Friends Moscow, dentsuACHTUNG! and has worked with high-end brands such as adidas, Nike, Adobe, KPN, Porsche, Kimberly-Clark, PepsiCo, Google, Epica et al. 

A few years ago, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Digital Experience Design from Hyper Island in the UK, and has written a thesis proposing a new way of working where design thinking merges with the traditional advertising model.
