Ella is the Director’s Rep for the Ridley Scott Creative Group’s Black Dog Films. Focusing on innovative filmmaking from new creative talent, Black Dog specialise in music videos, branded creative projects, short films, and documentaries.
Ella began her career as a runner and an assistant stylist whilst at music school before working at Marshall Street Editors, one of the most established edit houses in London.
Diversity and representation are at the core of what makes Ella passionate about the creative industries, keen to champion those who don’t have easy access to creative roles in particular.
