Ashley Goodwin, Head of Production at Glassworks VFX, had spent over a decade working in the New York City post-production world before moving to Amsterdam in 2023. She jumped head first into production after completing film school at School of Visual Arts in NYC, and proceeded to cut her teeth at several of the industry's well-known commercial editorial and finishing companies. It was there that she worked with leading production companies and agencies to effectively guide multi-award-winning projects from start to finish.
Ashley combines her passion for production and commitment to vibe curation to her latest role - one that allows her to build new relationships with international clients; combining her experience overseeing complex production workflows, with fostering a vibrant culture for artists, producers, and creative partners alike.
