From 2000- 2009, Lily worked for some of the top production houses in Shanghai. Her production experience expands both pre production and post production. Including pitch, bid, pre-production, shooting coordination and post production.
Lily joined Smoke&Mirrors Shanghai in 2009 as VFX producer and from 2010-2012, Lily led the company in Shanghai. In 2012, Lily joined Technicolor Shanghai as head of production, and was a major reason for the success and ultimate launch of MPC Shanghai.
Lily has been instrumental in establishing MPC Shanghai. Her overwhelming knowledge of China advertising market and Shanghai studio, makes her the perfect person to take on leadership of MPC Shanghai from 2017 as Managing Director.
