With over 18 years of experience in China, Desmond is the Managing Director of Stink Shanghai, where he oversees the growth the company for Asia market. He started his career in production back in Malaysia. In 2003 Desmond moved to Shanghai to work at agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and BBDO producing various commercials for top international brands in China such as Pepsi, e-bay, Wrigley, Nippon Paint and many more.
Among many work from Stink Shanghai, some of the more exciting and unique projects that Desmond executive produced are Double A brand film directed by Norman Bates, Nike Play Pinoy by Jones and Tino and Ikea Cheras directed by Nieto.
His views its to cultivate a reciprocity of a non barricaded Asian and Western culture by engaging foreign directors to Asia and Asian directors to foreign land, to harmonize creativity in a limitless vision.
