Kate has led teams in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, working on everything from lean docos to large-scale productions. She has worked at ad agencies and production companies, including four years in London, forging strong relationships around the world. After returning to New Zealand, Kate spoke about unconscious gender bias at Spikes Asia and continues to push for equality while leading from the front.
