Founder/ECD of Red & Co

Mira Kaddoura is Founder/ECD of Red & Co., a female-founded, strategically-minded, technology-forward, creatively ambitious full service agency. Her optimism, passion for creating meaningful work and desire for changing the status quo have uniquely positioned Red & Co. as an agency that helps brands discover untapped opportunities to grow.

Upon opening its doors in 2011, Red & Co. created Made with Code, one of Google’s biggest and most important initiatives to diversify the tech world. Since then, the agency has worked with clients including Lululemon, Adidas, Netflix and Uber, among others. Most recently Red & Co. was behind Netflix’s lauded brand campaign, Make Room, that positioned Netflix as a champion of diversity and inclusion, adding new voices and creating new stories for a global audience.

Prior to Red & Co., Mira spent 10 years at Wieden+Kennedy where she helped create award-winning campaigns for Nike (notably Body Part  and I Feel Pretty), Target, Belvedere Vodka and Travel Oregon. Her work has received numerous awards and honours including Cannes Lions, TED’s Ads Worth Spreading, D&AD Pencils, Effies, Clios, Communications Arts and Webbys.

Her recent TED talk, How women can change the world by asking ‘why not me?’ sums up a lot of her thoughts about the world we live in. A staunch advocate of female leadership, gender equality and diversity and inclusion, Mira has written numerous op-eds and spoken at industry conferences like 3% Conference and Creative Mornings.

Mira feels like she’s part of many worlds, having been born in Alexandria, Egypt, and raised between Beirut, Lebanon, and Toronto, Canada. She credits her husband, daughters, family, yoga and conceptual art projects for keeping her sane in the world we live in.
